I have gathered ideas about food throughout my life; I have learned different techniques from each kitchen, tasted cuisine from around the world, and focused my creativity to constantly challenge myself. I love to cook for people and see their eyes and palates fill with excitement. Now living in Louisiana, a "Sportsman's Paradise," I have tremendous access to local seafood, game and produce. I maintain relationships with multiple purveyors to procure only the best for my clients. When custom-creating a menu for you, I can choose from a huge selection of ingredients to match my fully-stocked repertoire of culinary ideas. However, I am also cost-conscious and never waste anything.
